DFW Coffee Tech is owned by Zeb Harris and Daniel Baum.

Throughout our entire adulthood we've geeked out with coffee. The bars in our apartments were always overrun by coffee gear. In 2017 Daniel launched Lemma Coffee Roasters. Zeb’s help each step of the way has played a major role in the company’s development. Together we’ve built a specialty coffee company that both operates several cafes, and serves as the coffee partner for many independent cafes.

DFW Coffee Tech was in the making all along. What makes us unique is that we have a skillset with equipment, but also a palette developed by sourcing and roasting specialty coffee. Whether it’s equipment purchases, or needing assistance with plumbing a bar with limited space, we love solving problems.
